How long is the hire period?

I would normally arrange to deliver and set up the items hired either on the day of the event at a time suitable to both you and the venue (if applicable) and then collect said items either when the event had finished or if more suitable the following day. (If items are left overnight, they will need to be stored in a secure place). Obviously, all of these requirements would be discussed and confirmed with you at the point of booking and then nearer to the actual event date – we do know that things can change! Longer periods of hire can also be arranged subject to availability.

How are the letters powered?

Each item is powered with mains electricity so will need to be connected to a power source. Each number/letter uses LED carbochon effect bulbs which give a spectacular effect whilst being very efficient but not getting hot to the touch.

How much is delivery?

Delivery and set up is free within a 15-mile radius of AL10 postcode areas. Any delivery outside of this is charged at 50p per mile but please ask for a quote when contacting me so that a more accurate cost can be given.

How long does it take to set-up?

Set up times are dependent on the type and quantity of items hired but normally should be no longer than 1-2 hours. I always aim to be as flexible as possible when working alongside other suppliers and venues as I know how hectic things can be!

Can your product go outside?

Yes - but only in dry weather conditions or if they are placed under a covered structure (i.e. gazebo/marquee).

How big are the letters?

Each letter/number is 4ft high with the exception of the ‘and’ symbol which is approximately 3ft high.

Which areas do you cover?

I cover Hertfordshire primarily but please always ask if you require outside of this area as I may still be able to help. 

How do I secure a date and pay for my booking?

Please contact me with your requirements and I will confirm if the date and items are available. I would normally require a minimum £30.00 deposit to secure the booking however for larger items such as ‘LOVE’ or ‘MR & MRS’ a £50.00 deposit will be required. Once the booking has been made an e-mail will be sent to you confirming all details of the event and deposit paid. The balance of the hire cost will be required 2 weeks before the event date.
